For custom made items we expect a 10 day manufacturing period depending on the complexity of your request. A follow up email is sent to you to conform the estimated time of delivery of the final product.

At times our clients may request a chandelier as per their own sketch, a crustal trophy with a specific deaign and engraving or a crystal gift with a special colour and size for their loved one. As soon as we receive your request we begin our consultation period with our designers and get back to you with offers and quotes as well as estimated timelimes for completion and delivery.
Any custom made item can take anywhere from 2 to 16 weeks depending on aize and complexity.
