How we ship to you

      A few customers buying products on our online store have questions about shipment. In this post we will answer to this question and give more information about the process, delivery times and ways of shipment. 

     When you purchase on any product a conformation letter is sent to you. 

     Berkana USA offers oversize crystal chandeliers​ and contemporary lighting fixtures, crystal wall clocks, fashion jewelry, gifts & decors from crystal. Our online store works for you. We make worldwide shipment right to your door using USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL. Our customers from New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Boston, Houston, Texas, George and other state of USA purchase from us. Even customers from India, Russia, Australia, Brazil, Argentina.

      If the request is not urgent we use the regular USPS post office delivering in 4-6 days with a tracking number and an insurance especially if it is a small box with jewelry or a gift and weighs less then 2 pound. We will package the box with bubble wrap or any other protective materials.

    If it is crystal wall clocks, wall scones, tableware or even small table lamp we use our UPS or Fedex accounts. All our products go with a special box for worldwide shipment.




   If it is international shipment we use DHL account for the faster and better service time for our customers.

   As soon as we have the confirmation number and the tracking number of your shipment we send it to you in an email with providing the expected date.

   We will always try and accomodate your every shipment request. Just let's us know via email the method you prefer!!
